Making focaccia at home is super easy, doesn’t require a lot of effort or ingredients and tastes incredibly good! This batch is perfect for a group of friends and can be used as bread for sandwiches or served with a nice soup.
Whisk warm water, instant yeast, honey, extra virgin olive oil and salt together in a bowl. Add flour and cover the bowl with a towel for 15 minutes. Stretch and pull the dough, cover again and let rest for another 15 minutes. Repeat this stretch and pull step. Proof the dough in the bowl for an additional 1.5 hours. Transfer the dough to a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper and oiled. Fold the dough into thirds, then proof for another 1.5 hours. Drizzle with oil, minced garlic, rosemary, flakey salt, and dimple the dough. Bake at 430°F for 19 minutes.
